I’m Curtis McFarling with Emerald Valley Inspection Services. I’m Certified, Licensed, and Insured in Alabama to perform Residential and Commercial Property inspections (HI-4672).
I decided to venture into the Home Inspection business around 2022 when friends and family in the Real Estate industry had been encouraging me to pursue it. They knew my passion for remodeling, building, and being a “fixer-upper” and would regularly call on me for advice/assistance.
I attended Jacksonville State University and Faulkner University, earning a Master’s Degree in Management. I had a very long career with South Central Bell, BellSouth, and AT&T. I started as an Installer–Repairman and had worked my way up to North Alabama Network Operations Staff and Process and Performance Improvement Specialist for the State Network Operations.
My passion for wanting things “right” has been my primary focus when performing inspections.
A home or commercial property is one of the biggest purchases people will ever make, so it’s important for them to understand the condition of that investment. I’ll provide a thorough inspection one expects and a report that can be relied on to make a confident decision.
