Arthur Steber brings nearly five decades of leadership and hands-on experience in elevator service, repair, installation, and manufacturing.

- Chairman and founding member of the Alabama Department of Labor / Elevator Safety Board
- Former Owner and President of Bagby Elevator Company, Birmingham, Alabama
- Led Bagby to become the largest independent elevator service company in the United States
- Expanded operations across seven states with more than 150 employees
- Former Vice President and Operations Manager of Elevator Maintenance & Repair, Inc. (EMR), Montgomery, Alabama
- Achieved 50% business growth prior to the company’s acquisition by KONE
